Corinne VaughanOperations Manager
Corinne has over 30 years’ experience in residential property. Her knowledge is a huge benefit when acting for managing agents and dealing with leasehold properties, and means she recognises the needs of clients while providing a top quality service.
Corinne prides herself on developing long standing relationships with clients and believes that communication and attention to detail are the key to success. Clients also benefit from her commercial, diligent, motivated and meticulous approach. As the Operation Manager, Corinne spends time with each team member, regularly travelling between offices, as working closely together means sharing knowledge, experiences and ideas which enables the team to develop, grow and keep pace with market changes.
Dan enjoys being part of a dynamic team and has extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of residential property. His expertise also covers local knowledge, buying and selling property, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Dan takes pride in maintaining the highest level of service and has a great reputation with local estate agents and mortgage brokers.
Dan particularly enjoys acting for first time buyers and guiding them successfully through the conveyancing process. Dan was shortlisted for the Conveyancer of the Year by the national Modern Law Conveyancing awards. The awards focussed on innovative ways of doing business in the conveyancing sector and what was notable is that the awards relied heavily on feedback from clients and referral companies.
Danielle HallConveyancing Executive
Danielle aims to reduce the stress throughout a demanding and often confusing process. Clients are
aware that our team is only a phone call or email away, and she works hard to provide top level
service, giving as much help and guidance as possible.
She enjoys being part of a fast paced and growing department and particularly likes helping first
time buyers, where she is able to put herself in their position. Danielle takes pride in her
organisational and communication skills, the result of which is continual positive feedback received
from clients and other third parties.
Danielle’s experience covers all aspects of buying and selling property, having previously specialised
in large London based transactions through broker referrals.
Julia HayesConveyancing Executive and Licensed Conveyancer
Julia is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession. She is adept at guiding clients through property transactions, understanding that this can be a stressful time. Laura’s expertise in recognising client needs results in her providing an excellent, personalised service. She enjoys building relationships with clients and her qualification means she can offer legal advice on technical aspects of a property sale or purchase. Her knowledge covers a wide variety of complex transactions including freehold, leasehold, remortgage, buy to let and equity release.
Julia feels a key factor to ensure transactions run swiftly and with the minimum disruption is good communication. She makes sure that everyone is kept fully informed throughout.
Sean JonesConveyancing Executive
Sean has over 10 years’ residential conveyancing experience which, when combined with local knowledge helps him to deal efficiently with a range of conveyancing matters. He largely handles freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and new build and auction purchases.
He works hard to reduce stress for clients throughout what can be a demanding process for some. In particular, Sean understands that this is important for first-time buyers as the process is completely new to them. He helps by ensuring that information is easy to digest and presented in a straight-forward way. Sean takes pride in offering support from the outset, being organised and communicating clearly to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
